A positive but imperfect experience. Great sound, beautiful atmosphere, cyberpunk-style and that can remember Blade Runner, but also Soma, and the latter in terms of gameplay in certain points seems the reference point. In terms of gameplay, however, the game disappoints, often too full of graphic effects, even annoying, almost forced, and a plot that is actually a bit frayed. I had higher expectations, but I recommend it. 14/04/2021

This is an amazing 2D platform game with great controls, soundtrack (one of the best in video games), art direction (making every zone of the forest unique, interesting and fun to explore), even the choice to make Ori so small but agile and white makes for great gameplay and a visual feast (also due to detailed backgrounds and great level design). The game enables you to decide how to fight your enemies with a plethora of different abilities(although the there aren't lots of types of attacks) and makes you responsible for when and where you want to save. Besides that the story itself is compelling and even though not original it uses its lore and mythical elements perfectly to create an emotional ride you don't want to stop. Overall its an amazing game that will satisfy for its story and gameplay. 09/04/2021

I really enjoyed this remake. Square did a great job capturing the feel of the original FF7 and expanding upon the world. I know some people are upset that the entire story of the original is not included in the remake, but this is a full story and did not leave me feeling like anything was missing. The new combat system was much different than the original and took some getting used to, but fun nonetheless. I found the side quests to be one major drawback for me, they were boring and lifeless and broke my immersion at times. The soundtrack was fantastic and really tied everything together. Highly recommend for any RPG fan! 01/04/2021
